WELCOME TO THE LIBRARY’S RESEARCH DATA MANAGEMENT TRAINING SERIES!
These classes are designed to help you prepare for the upcoming NIH Data Management and Sharing (DMS) Policy, which will take effect on January 25, 2023.
This special series will occur every 2nd Thursday of the month online via Zoom. Please register to attend!
In addition, we will offer office hours dedicated to questions and issues related to the NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy. Office Hours are from 10am to 1pm on Mondays after each class, September 19th, October 17th, November 14th, and December 12th. Please make an appointment by e-mailing us at markuslibrary@rockefeller.edu. Our office hour consultation can be in-person or via zoom.

You will learn the basics of data management planning and how to use DMPTool to generate a DMP.

NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy: Storing and Sharing.

You will learn the basics of effective storage and sharing of data to ensure compliance with the new NIH DMS policy. We will also discuss options for using both general and field specific repositories to store both published and unpublished data.
