The Structural Genomics Knowledgebase that is hosted by Rutgers University, and was originally launched in April, 2008, has been re-released with enhancements and new editorial content created in partnership with the NATURE Publishing Group.   The database is free and contains the research data from the Protein Structure Initiative, a project launched in 2000 by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences.
